This lot was processed using a double-washed method, after depulping, the coffee is washed once to remove most of the mucilage, then soaked in clean water for an additional 15 hours. This second wash allows any remaining residues to dissolve naturally, enhancing clarity and precision in the cup. The result is a remarkably clean profile, highly floral, with an elegant vegetal touch, a style we truly love!
