Nomad Coffee

Founded by National Barista Champion Jordi Mestre, Nomad Coffee is the engine behind the "New Spanish Wave." Before Nomad, Barcelona was a landscape of industrial roasts. Today, it is a global capital of specialty coffee, largely due to Mestre's influence.

While the Nordic roasters seek tea-like stillness, Nomad seeks vibrancy. They are famous for their aggressive seasonality and their willingness to embrace progressive processing methods (Anaerobic, Natural, Thermal Shock) that turn the volume up.
