Nomad Coffee

Jordi Mestre, a Spanish national barista champion, started Nomad in Barcelona, and it's a big part of why the city has a real specialty scene now. Compared with the Nordic roasters, Nomad goes for bolder, fruitier cups and uses a lot of anaerobic, natural and thermal-shock coffees.
