There are few foundational pillars in the modern coffee landscape. The Coffee Collective is one of them. Founded in 2007 by Klaus Thomsen, Peter N. Dupont, and Casper E. Rasmussen, this Copenhagen institution did not just join the specialty movement, they helped write the rules.

Famous for their "Quality Bonus" transparency model and uncompromising Nordic roasting style, they produce coffees of startling clarity. They strip away the roast to reveal the raw, unadulterated DNA of the terroir. To drink Coffee Collective is to taste the farm, not the machine.
