I’m already enjoying my subscription immensely. It’s like having an insurance policy that guarantees I will never run out of interesting, high quality beans. I love DAK roasters and I like that I now get to try other roasters with a similar commitment to quality and innovation with a lot less uncertainty. Instead of falling for eye catching bag art or colorful but false tasting notes, I’m getting coffee that has already been vetted for awesomeness.
Some great coffees so far. Love the additional information about the coffee, roaster, and producer along with a brewing guideline. Can't wait for next month's release.
I just joined last month, and I am blown away by The Dossier's first offering, a washed Panama Geisha from Uncommon. Delicious, incredibly floral, hands down the best cup I've had this year! I was honestly surprised by how good this was. Looking forward to next month's selection!
