A solvent-free decaffeination for this coffee coming straight from southern Mexico. Located in south-western Mexico, the Chiapas region has a highly contrasted terrain, alternating coastal areas, valleys, mountains and tropical forests. This diversity creates a unique climate that shapes the Mexican terroir and its exceptional coffees. The natural decaffeination process consists of soaking the coffee beans in water to remove the caffeine while preserving their aromas. The result is a balanced cup with notes of chocolate and caramel.
