A washed Geisha of great finesse, from Finca Rosma in Huehuetenango. This family farm, founded in 1963 by Alejandro Morales, is run today by the Morales family. The cup opens on delicate notes of jasmine and lemon, bringing an elegant acidity. The coffee then grows sweeter, with notes of sweet apricot alongside a silky texture reminiscent of almond milk. A balanced, floral and luminous coffee.
