Tanat - Finca la Riviera Pink Bourbon

We love powerful coffees. But what about precise ones? This Pink Bourbon from Finca la Riviera has been a Colombian fixture at Tanat for several years, the result of work where every stage of fermentation is controlled. Through a modern process (Bioreactor Inoculation Washed), selected yeasts drive the fermentation in a controlled environment before the cherries are washed, to reveal the full potential of the terroir and of the Pink Bourbon.As espresso it is elegant. The first sips reveal juicy peach, joined by the delicacy and softness of orange blossom. A bright, faintly tart redcurrant then stretches out, giving the cup real length.
