Paper, Sized Right Large / 185 filter papers for OREA's O2 and V4 brewers, offered in three constructions so you can dial in flow and clarity to the coffee. The Three Papers Sibarist FAST (Flat or Wave) — made in Barcelona, Spain from premium EU paper stock. Extremely fast-flowing and consistent, favoring vibrant acidity and a clean cup. The Flat version is pre-creased for tool-free hand folding or use with the Negotiator; the Wave pairs especially well with OREA's regulators. OREA Wave — OREA's own house paper, thick but porous for strong performance in a wave shape. No folding or tools required — drop it in and brew. OREA Flat (Type G) — a general-purpose flat paper, textured on one side and smooth on the other (textured side to the brewer). Designed for use with the Negotiator tool to create a low-bypass brew environment, producing clean, sweet, juicy cups.
