OREA - O1/O2 Regulators

Flow Regulation, Refined OREA's O1/O2 Regulators are silicone flow-control accessories for the O1 and O2 series brewers. Each regulator has an intentional maximum output flow rate, letting you control brew contact time predictably instead of relying on grind size or filter speed alone. Three regulators, three flow rates: the #2 (dark grey) is the slowest, the #4 (black) is medium, and the #8 Switch regulator (orange) is the fastest, and is also designed to fit the Hario Switch base for immersion brewing. At the same grind size and recipe, moving from the fastest to the slowest regulator adds roughly 15–30 seconds of contact time and predictably raises extraction — useful for dialing in everything from highly soluble, heavily processed coffees to ultra-light, less-soluble roasts.
