We’re incredibly happy to share this collaboration. Most of our previous releases have explored fermentation-forward profiles, but we’ve been wanting to offer a pure classic washed. We were waiting for the perfect lot, something truly exceptional. This is the one.We chose it for its remarkable aromatic profile, but also because we feel a special connection to the farm, which we had the pleasure of visiting in March. There’s something wonderfully wild about Los Lajones, and we were especially drawn to Graciano’s distinctive approach to farming.At Los Lajones, the surrounding ecosystem is a fundamental part of the process. Microbial life is welcomed, and its complex interactions help shape Graciano’s coffees. Bambu is the highest plot on the farm, where Graciano grows his most special lots. Naturally cool, shaded and swept by Pacific winds, it is where the coffee dries on raised bamboo beds, exposed to the mountain air and its natural conditions.The cup is exceptionally clean, abundantly floral, complex!
