Introducing one of our favourite varieties, Sudan Rume! We're very happy to be roasting a coffee grown by Luis Fernando Lloreda at the famous Hacienda Misiones. This natural is a very layered, complex expression of this low yielding, Ethiopian landrace variety.We have notes of cherry, rose, and mango (among others).
