We're excited to introduce a new coffee from our friend Pepe Jijón — Finca Soledad. Finca Soledad is perched on the mountainside overlooking a beautiful valley where the Intag River flows through the land — four hectares purchased by Pepe in 2010 as he shifted from a mountaineering career into life as a specialty coffee producer.This washed Typica lot is exceptionally elegant, with a vibrant, juicy mouthfeel that keeps us coming back for another cup — every harvest from Finca Soledad impresses us, and this one is no exception. As this is a very limited lot, it's available for filter brewing only. Be sure to try it before it's gone!
