A honey-processed lot from the same young producer behind our Reshad natural, showing a softer, sweeter side of the same cherries.Reshad Albuls is a young producer in Agaro, Jimma, who took over his family farm.With no electricity or water, he and six neighbouring farmers rely on careful processing methods, here leaving the mucilage on during drying to build a rounder sweetness.Vanilla and white grape lead, with a juicy ripe peach note through the finish.
