A Typica decaf from Finca Nogales, Huila, built to keep texture and clarity intact. Grown at 1900 MASL in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, picked and processed with competition-level care.Decaffeinated using repeated hot-water immersion and a natural 'mosto' solvent rest of 24 hours, then washed and dried again for about five days.Silky and round, with white peach sweetness up front and a milky oolong tea finish.
