An expressive Typica lot from Nogales in Colombia, produced by Oscar Fernando Hernández and his family. Grown at 1870–2000 MASL in Pitalito, Huila, on the historic Los Nogales farm, first Cup of Excellence winner in Colombia (2005).Technically washed, but with a long controlled lactic fermentation using the RN21 lactobacillus strain for around 190 hours, then dried in a guardiola for 64 hours.Clean, tropical, and sweet, with notes of banana, vanilla, and a smooth milkshake-like texture.
