Grown at 1400–1600 MASL in Palanda, Zamora Chinchipe, Ecuador, on land held by the Quevedo family since the 1940s.Cherries ferment in sealed tanks for 96 hours at origin, then move to Loja for slower, more stable drying.Jammy and complex, with raspberry and magnolia, from a farm already recognized by the Cup of Excellence.
