A CM Natural coffee from Supriyanto, known as Iyan, grown on Mount Suket in Ijen, East Java. Grown at 1700 MASL on volcanic soil on the Ijen range, on a farm spanning more than 8 hectares.Processed in a sealed bioreactor tank for 120 hours in an anaerobic environment with injected carbon dioxide, then dried as a natural.A dense, expressive cup with orange, forest fruit, and molasses, alongside raisin, cherry, and a winey character.
