A double washed Geisha from Las Marias Estate in Pijao, Quindío, produced by Jose Giraldo and family. Las Marias was restored after 20+ years of neglect; Panamanian Geisha genetics were cultivated alongside surviving 70-year-old Typica trees at 1950 MASL.Cherries picked above 22 Brix are pulped, fermented 24 hours in closed tanks, washed, fermented another 24 hours, washed again, and dried on raised beds.Clean, structured, and elegant — sunkist orange, peach, and a bouquet of flowers, with extra depth from the double wash.
