A no-concession Caturra decaf from Finca Nogales, Arrayán lot, processed with the 'mosto' decaf method. From the Arrayán block at Finca Nogales in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, home to around 6,000 Caturra trees at 1770 MASL.Beans are soaked in hot water to extract caffeine, then rested in natural 'mosto' solvent from coffee pulp for 24 hours before a final wash and five-day dry.Red grape and lychee, with a creamy, round mouthfeel — deeper and more cushiony than the Typica decaf.
