Grown at 1100–1300 MASL at Aquiares Estate, Cartago Province, one of Costa Rica's largest and most historic coffee farms.A 'Churro' thermic natural anaerobic fermentation, shortened this year from 48 to 36 hours for a cleaner, friendlier cup.Winey and boozy with real clarity — pineapple, fresh apple juice, mulled wine, limoncello, and that unmistakable El Churro funk.
