Colombia /004 3.0 — a classic, everyday Colombian coffee from Robinson Ortiz at El Girasol, Quindío. Grown at 1850 MASL in an agroforestry system alongside bananas, citrus, and avocados.Processed as semi-washed: 36 hours of oxidation, then washing, depulping, a second 14–16 hour fermentation, and patio drying.Sweet and balanced, with red apple, mixed nuts, and a soft velvet body.
