A double-fermented Ethiopian Heirloom from the San Augustin Estate in Tulipe, Pichincha, Ecuador — complexity layered through every stage.The San Augustin Estate, founded by Alfonso Villagomez in 2014, sits in Tulipe, Pichincha at 1,650–1,850 metres, where Typica Mejorado, Sidra, Pacamara and Ethiopian Heirloom varieties grow together.This Ethiopian Heirloom undergoes a washed double fermentation: first 24 hours in sealed tanks, then 72 hours in mucilage, before a final full wash and mechanical drying.Blackforest gateau sweetness anchors the cup, nectarine brings a sun-warmed fruit brightness through the middle, and caramel wraps the finish in warmth.
