Las Margaritas, where Cafe Granja La Esperanza first planted Gesha in Colombia at Cerro Azul before expanding to this farm, now grows both bronze and green tip varietals across slopes at 1,650–1,850 metres.Cherries are depulped and dried on raised beds in a traditional washed style, allowing the variety’s inherent clarity and floral character to express themselves cleanly.Hibiscus leads with a floral, tea-like brightness, yellow plum adds stone-fruit sweetness through the middle, and yuzu finishes the cup with citrus precision.
