Manhattan - Santa Teresa

We have been working with the team at Finca Santa Teresa for years, and we are excited to share this wonderful Panamanian coffee. These unique Caturra and Catuai varieties are shade-grown from trees over 12 years old on a beautiful east-facing plot that extends up the mountain, situated at an average elevation of 1,550 meters above sea level in the Santa Clara region of Panama.The team at FST has long been involved in the global high-end coffee market; their main lots are of exceptionally high quality, undoubtedly due in part to FST’s astonishing terroir — rich volcanic soil, high altitudes, surrounding rainforests, and idyllic weather systems.Expect to taste notes of green apple, raspberry, and hibiscus, complemented by a silky mouthfeel. Available for both espresso and filter.
