Manhattan - Keramo

This washed coffee is a vibrant addition to our Ethiopian lineup, grown high in the Bombe Mountains of Sidama at elevations exceeding 2,300 meters. Keramo is produced by around 1,500 smallholder farmers working in partnership with Daye Bensa, delivering their harvest to the Keramo Adara Washing Station; the extreme altitude results in dense, small-bean lots contributing to a cup profile with remarkable intensity and clarity.Traditional washed processing is used, with slow drying on raised African beds to develop layered complexity and refined sweetness.Expect a clean and balanced profile, with notes of bright yellow apple, fresh lime, and a smooth finish of buttery almond.
