The summer coffee has officially started, and we're opening it with another washed Ethiopian. They’re our favourite, so they tend to win the spot. This one’s from the Chelchele washing station, with lemon iced tea, apricot jam and white florals. We picked it out during our visit to Ethiopia earlier this year.
