It is exciting to be able to showcase their coffees as they are doing exceptional work, resulting in incredible, and unique, flavour profiles.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis lot, after picking, has undergone a 72h sealed tank fermentation before being dried on raised beds.
