This Sudan Rume is intense and tangy from the very first sip. This lot is slightly more fermented than our previous one. It opens with bright notes of yellow fruits, roasted pineapple, and crisp Granny Smith. The acidity is high, with ginger taking the lead and leaving a vibrant aftertaste.

From hot to cold, the cup evolves beautifully, a kaffir lime zest introduces a sharp citrus facet, followed by a lemongrass finish. The whole profile carries a striking balance of sweetness and high acidity.
